The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. The only knock on it is it is false to say it has “full resort access” when you have to pay 15 extra per person to go to the pool and the beach was only accessible on certain limited days and times and it had construction going on so it wasn’t really “resort-like”. »

« We had a fabulous stay at this property! Our room was clean, spacious and worked well for 5 adults (could accommodate more).The host provided a lot of helpful details prior to our visit. The kitchen was well stocked & you can walk accross the street to Target for groceries. You absolutely can not beat this location for gondola access. We rented skis on-site and a short walk up a set of stairs and you are at the gondola. Lots of shops and restaurants very close by. The heated pool and 2 hot tubs...

« We stayed in the studio room. Good enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. With the couch extended as a bed, though, it gets a little crammed with the table. The bathroom had a lot space. Enough to place our sleds in the corner with plenty of space still. It was a good addition to add hooks by the door for all our winter clothes too. The best part of Marriott’s Timber Lodge Tahoe would have to be the location! Right outside is the Gondola, restaurants, rentals, and shops. Everything walking...
