Perfekte Lage
Wir (Paar 30+33) haben uns im Casa Tere sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war für uns ideal: Die touristische Altstadt in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, gleichzeitig mitten in Getsemani, das authentischer rüberkommt. Außerdem gleich neben dem Parque del Centenario, in dem sich Affen, Leguane und Eichhörnchen tummeln. Das Hotel selbst ist (bis auf das nicht zum restlichen Stil passende Sicherheitsgeländer am Pool) sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer verfügen nur über Fenster, die auf den Innenhof gehen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da die Aircondition sehr gut funktioniert hat und zusätzlich eine angenehme Raumbeduftung gegeben war. Die Rezeptionistin war bemüht und freundlich, das Frühstück simpel kolumbianisch mit Toast, Rührei und Früchten

Amazing, amazing little hotel. My partner and I loved it here. The staff was friendly, respectful, helpful etc. Andres is a great guy, great customer service. The man thst checked us in was also very nice and ensure he got our permission to clean our room while we were out. This is a great place, you won't regret it and it's in the vicinity of everything. My only recommendation would be to add more routers as the WiFi in the room was terrible, and we needed that as international travellers. I'd also wish I had a hair dryer. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again, and wi when we visit again next year. They're also doing renovations so the place is going to be even more beautiful 👏

A pesar de haber tenido una primera impresion de Colombia horrible ya que fui drogado y robado en mi primera noche. El personal de servicio de Casa Tere fue muy atento y profesional. Me ayudaron a comunicarme con mi familia y bancos para cancelar las tarjetas ya que me habian robado el mobil y mantuvieron disponible mi reservacion mientras trataba de conseguir un vuelo de regreso lo antes posible. Si te pasa algo asi estas en buenas manos en Hotel Casa Tere. Gracias a todos. Yandris, Marcelo, Silvio y Andres fueron espectaculares.

Great location, clean and comfortable
Great stay at hotel casa Tere. Great location, great air conditioning which is a must in Cartagena. In a great spot where you can get anywhere in 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and breakfast was very good, including coffee, cooked to order eggs and fruit. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Fantastic small boutique hotel with great amenities smack in the middle of historic district full with shops, bars and restaurants. Quick 5 minute walk to the clock tower.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had ac which was nice but limited natural light. The pool upstairs was nice. It would have been helpful to have recommendations on places to eat from the front desk and places to explore. Morning breakfast is very limited. The area outside was very loud and didn’t make for the best sleep.

I would recommend this hotel for the friendly staff and the clean rooms and hotel areas. The hotel didn’t have electricity for the first 4 hours I was there. So I had to walk around aimlessly until it came back on. I was tired…exhausted and just really wanted a shower but couldn’t go to my room. Very inconvenient.

El hotel está bien ubicado cerca de la ciudad amurallada, pero está en una zona no muy agradable donde se persine inseguridad más por las noches, hay mucho ruido, el personal muy atento la habitación cumple solo para dormir sin ser muy cómoda, no tienen amenidades, ni una botella de agua te dejan, no hay plancha, está muy basica

The hotel was exactly as pictured on their website. The problem, was the room we were given. It smelled so musty, and damp, we believed it smelled of mold. They had a small dish of coffee beans in the room, which was undoubtedly an acknowledgment to try to absorb the odor We understood old and historic conditions, but the smell began to make me sick. I couldn't stay. The hotel offered to move us to a different room. However, we preferred to receive our refund. They were nice and cooperated with a refund.

Lovely boutique hotel located centrally and just a few steps away from the walled city. The place is super clean and safe. The room we stayed in was also spacious and bed size was larger than anticipated. Note this is a part of the city where it is lively at night so bring your ear plugs. Breakfast was modest. We went out to eat for most of the mornings. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and room, very kind staff, good wifi. Being a conversion of an old building, the room lacks of practicality, in exchange for colonial house experience. Overall a good stay, but don't expect a proper hotel experience.
