This house has old southwest charm with all the modern conveniences. It was built in 1941 and recently renovated. It is walking distance to the cafes and shops of downtown, and is centrally located to everything Casa Grande has to offer. It sits on a large lot providing plenty of parking for any vehicles.

8 minutes from Banner Medical Center, 4 minutes from Lucid, and 5 minutes from Hexcel Corp.

Casa Granda
This house was perfect for our three week stay. The house is centrally located, close to golf courses which was the main reason for our trip. The host, Nicole, responded to our questions right away. The house is very nice. It had a welcome basket, filled with various snacks. It also had various spices which made our cooking flavorful. Thanks so mych for these additions, they were greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay there again. Lovely house!!

The house was very nice and clean. The bar was raised with complimentary snacks, drinks and coffee. The host was very courteous and responsive. The location of the house is a couple blocks from a train track and an event center. Trains blast their horns all night and loud music plays at the event center on Friday and Saturday until about midnight . Very very hard to sleep.

Very clean home!
The house was perfect for our needs! It was very, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and also included paper towels, dishwasher soap, and dish soap so we didn't have to purchase any. The fridge didn't dispense any water or ice so we just bought a bag of ice at the nearby gas station. The furniture, including the beds were all very comfortable. However, be aware there is a train track nearby that does sound the horn occasionally. Once I was asleep, i didn't hear it. If you're checking out early, be sure to ask for instructions, we received them after we had left.
