Les points forts : Arrivée et communication
Owner was extremely responsive. AC broke while there and he had a guy bring out 3 mini splits to help until it got fixed the next day. The water was hot the whole time, no cold water. Lots of dust over where, looks like it accumulates and isn’t wiped down from windows ect. Private parking in the back but it’s a hassle because you have to go through two gates to then enter the back of the house. Lots of homeless people around and always hearing police. The TRAIN is heard so loudly 2-3 times a night. This city is not a place for a visit, we were only there because our RV was destroyed in a storm while waiting for our house. The cabinets are falling off the wall in the kitchen. There is no trash can at the house. You have to walk to the sketchy alley to take trash out. Saw a few sewer roaches while there. Stay here if you don’t mind a not well kept home, the homeless people, the train and the cops. Upside: Owner was quick to respond and fixed the major issues like lockout problems and AC quickly.
