« The owner was very helpful, I asked for a kettle and there was one waiting when we got there. She checked everything was ok , after we had done self checkin and check out. The location is a further out than we expected, we knew it wasn’t near the lake, but there was nothing near by , you definitely need a car … Fridge in room , and a microwave in the hall for everyone to use . It’s above a pizza restaurant , so you can eat there some nights ( wasn’t open Tuesday) but it was over the weekend....

« We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby...

« An extra special family run hotel. Beautiful rooms and facilities, wonderful breakfast including home made produce. Owners couldn’t do enough to ensure a happy and comfortable stay. »

« The staff was very welcoming and helpful, even coming to my room with me to show me how everything worked. That is pretty amazing service! The location was fantastic... a few steps to restaurants, shops and the Arena. City underground parking was about a 10 minute walk away but I was happy to have the car secured since I didn't need it while I was in Verona. The room had everything I needed, and was clean and modern. I recommend ItalianFlat highly. »

« This hotel is outstanding. A 10/10 »

« Room qas very spacious, very clean. Directions to get into the property and room with codes were explained very well. Location is excellent with 10 min to train station and walking distance to all major tourist spots. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Verona. »

« Personale molto gentile, pulito, calm, serenità »

« We spent 2 nights at the Escalus Luxury Suites, our stay was amazing. The room was super comfortable, with high end furniture and bedding, and the staff was super pleasant and attentive. In addition, the location is great to reach everything in the città antica. I recommend! »
