Hi Michael, I'm really pleased you had a great stay at our property. You certainly made the most of the area, visiting so many of the amazing places within the region. Shame the weather was a little uncertain at times, which was unseasonal for May / June, I visited straight after you and was straight in the pool to cool off from the trip. 28 degrees all day. It's fair to say after me, visiting the area for the past 20 years and a great local network, I very much love to ensure anyone who stays with us, has the potential to gain the most from your stay with us, visiting the appropriate things for your group, from the water park to Gradara or the beach. I always think to sample the whole area is hard to achieve with one visit, so all our repeat visitors get to really understand the area and can appreciate, not just the surface beauty of the region, but the hidden secrets. The value of the area is a very valid point, as you are holidaying in a sensational space, without all the tourist prices in the main areas. Well this is certainly very high praise. Hi Paul, How great it is to hear you enjoyed the area as much as we do, from going to the beach to enjoying your time in and around the pool, is always fantastic to get the stories back. Next time you visit do not miss the Cave's at Genga,the cathedral at Loreto, and art in Urbino they are all amazing and not to be missed when coming to the area. There are mosquitos throughout Italy, so when visiting always take some spray, but even better take Vitamin B before your trip and while you are in Italy, this helps a lot. We really love to have guests enjoy our holiday home as we do, therefore have equipped it ready to be a great base for 8 people. This undiscovered part of Italy is so picturesque, yet peaceful. There are so many things to do locally, from a Waterpark to farm shop or Vineyard, the beaches locally are all blue flag and the seafood is amazing. Hi Glyn, It was a pleasure hosting your group and pleased we had the opportunity to meet on your last night, you are a great group of friends. Also really happy you enjoyed the restaurant I booked for you to celebrate 3 of the groups 60th birthdays falling within the two week period staying with us, Le Torre in Numana is such a good place to eat, and the views over the sea are amazing. Roger, ich danke Ihnen sehr für Ihr Feedback. Wir sind sehr froh, dass Sie einen tollen Besuch in unserem Ferienhaus hatten. Wir versuchen sehr hart an all die Dinge, die Sie benötigen, wie die USB-Stecker Punkte, Strandhandtücher und Handtücher, genügend Küchenutensilien für eine Familie von 16 in einem Haus für 8 verfügbar. Dies hilft für einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt mit uns, worüber ich mich gefreut habe. Es ist interessant mit der Scheune Ich liebe es, rustikal zu sein, es erinnert mich daran, wie das Haus war, als wir es kauften, aber Gail möchte, dass wir es in ein anderes Haus auf dem Grundstück schaffen, da wir die Baugenehmigung dafür haben. Wir machen jedes Jahr ein paar Upgrades, also hoffe, wir sehen uns bald wieder, bleib in Kontakt.

So pleased to hear about your enjoyable stay with us at the Villa, the toddlers had a real treat with the local Pizza and pasta and pool, although a little cool, it sounded like they were in their element with the inflatables. The large 3000 Sqm garden securely fenced, with the Electric gates for added security, allows peace of mind when the children are play and have fun in the garden. The views from the garden, are truly sensational as the location is just outside a hilltop village and the rolling hills around, you can see from the pool. Next time it would be advised to visit the water park, in the nearby town of Apiro, home to the longest water slide in europe. We hope to see you again, next year.
