Hotel Castroville

« Young children hogging the counter ringing the bell and blocking the counter. Very unprofessional. »

« Excellent value for the money Smiling people Would have liked to know I had to request a room cleaning to have my bed done but other than that it was a nice and pleasant stay »

« Hôtel très agréable . La rivière est incroyable je n’avais jamais vu une rivière aussi longue de ma vie . L’eau est chauffée . La chambre studio spacieuse avec une terrasse. »

« Clean room amazing hotel, almost every staff member was very welcoming and super friendly hospitality in exception of ONE that was rude and can safely say racist to her own kind (latinos/hispanic). It was in 2-3 different occasions in which we spoke to her after her talking to white Americans and she would immediately and noticeably change her tone and whole posture. « no breakfast and no daily room service »

Told us what time to leave, which direction to travel, where parking & directions on base would be. Just above & beyond helpful!! »

« nice place »

The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well, but I wouldn't recommend the pool. 4/10 »

It was loud from the busy highway traffic and room a/c unit. The sheets and towels were well worn and although they may have been clean, they were not very inviting. There was no USB connection so bring a wall charger. The TV did work, there was hot water, the tub and shower worked and the toilet did flush however it was shorter...
