„My wife and I spent 1 night on board of the grand pioneer 2 (February 25, 2026) . Perfect luxury room ( super clean, panoramic view of Ha Long Bay, fantastic food ( brunch with variety choices ) with à la carte menu for supper). Super nice staff. Very reasonable price including all meals with 2 land excursions. Strongly recommend. Pioneers cruise 3 will be launched within the next 18 months. Can’t wait to come back for a 2 nights cruise. Only one downside : February and March weather in Ha long ...

"Wir hatten einen rundum großartigen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist Ă€ußerst professionell, aufmerksam und dabei immer ausgesprochen höflich. Man hat wirklich das GefĂŒhl, dass die Mitarbeitenden einen sechsten Sinn fĂŒr ihre GĂ€ste haben – WĂŒnsche werden oft erfĂŒllt, bevor man sie ĂŒberhaupt ausgesprochen hat. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und macht viele Unternehmungen sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Dazu kommt eine wirklich tolle Ausstattung, bei der man merkt, dass auf QualitĂ€t und Komfort großen Wert gelegt wird. Insgesamt ein Hotel, in dem man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben fĂŒhlt. Absolute Empfehlung!"
