Catanzaro - Villas à louer

« Magical! »

« We spent 10 days in your house. Beyond the holidays and the time that inevitably passes too quickly, we had an unforgettable stay here. In this house everything is harmonious and nothing is missing. the calm, the swimming pool, the landscapes, the view, such good authentic restaurants such as La Locanda or Zentrum 42. You eat there like in Italy ;-) and they are a 15 minute walk from the house. We have been renting holiday homes with private pools for almost 15 years. This is paradise, Martina...

« The location is perfect for a relaxing each break and Calabria is stunning. The property is above the owners home in beautiful and extensive grounds with views of the beach beyond. There is a lovely terrace area where you can lounge or eat. The beach is literally at the bottom of the garden across the road and is massive, with very few people on it. There are a few lidos dotted along the beach for refreshments. San Sostene itself is quiet with few facilities so a CRA is essential, but nearby...

Sehr gepflegte Anlage in typisch süditalienischem Stil.

« Would tell anyone passing through to stop here for the friendly atmosphere and excellent amenities like the hot tub and fitness equipment. »
