I am certain that this unit has the best view of the bay where concerts and various activities take place. „Very nice area right on the water/marina. Short drive to anything we needed. Unit was modern and stocked with all amenities. Clean and spacious. Plenty to do in the area and great walking trails.“

We had no communication at all with anyone except when I called the emergency number because the key didn’t work but even then, I think that was a call service. They did get someone out to fix the lock in a few hours but we needed someone to stay behind to be there and they missed out on the evening’s events. „Small unit. Beds enough for eight but only a small couch to sit on. Only one roll of toilet paper provided. Trash and ketchup under the couch, along with the sheet, blanket and hair left by the previous guest. Bunk bed slats are cracked and the mattresses sag. Hair in the bath towels. No kitchen towels.
