„This is the worst accomodation we have ever stayed in. Shabby, unclean, rundown, smelly, cluttered with junk. We couldn't bring ourselves to eat anything for breakfast because of the hygiene. This house should not be run as a B&B.“

„Cadillac Kustomz is a unique hotel with quirky design and loads of character. The rooms are individually styled, with all the necessary facilities, and are spotlessly clean. There is a diner restaurant and a bar on the premises, but we didn't get a chance to try them. The hotel is located quite a distance out from Rothesay, in Ardbeg, but it is a pleasant half hour walk along the waterfront, weather-permitting“
