Hotel Catron

« Arrived and the lady at the desk was annoyed I was even there. Got to the room and it was 81 degrees in there and smelt so musty. Went to turn on a/c and was caked in dust. Floors were visibly filthy, toilet seat cracked and a dirty hand towel was hanging next to the sink. »

« Booked 2 rooms for my family and my boyfriend booked his own. Called to make sure we would be on the same floor, then checked again when I checked in on Friday. Was told yes both times. When my boyfriend showed up Saturday to check in he was told they overbooked King rooms (he booked in May) and to be on 4th floor he would need a 2 bed room. So he agreed and then was charged for the room in full, even though he paid when reserving. Then he was told that they had kicked his reservation because...
