« Best stay ever! The cottage was super cozy and cute! Meticulously decorated with a country vibe and felt welcomed. Super clean and felt safe using kitchen supplies. A very sweet hand written card with farm fresh eggs and a cute succulent was a nice surprise. When going for a walk to the river, all of the friendly neighbors waved at us! That doesn’t happen in NYC. We enjoyed our visit and will be back for sure. »

« Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. There were two other structures right there, so if the owner happens to rent those out too (unknown to me), then you’ll have neighbors. « This cottage is perfect! Clean and comfortable, with every amenity covered, with such lovely touches as fresh flowers and farm-fresh eggs! The highlight was the view from the overlook -- breathtaking in the late spring and probably every season! Maureen is a perfect host -- precise directions and instructions, and a level of thoughtfulness that goes above and beyond. I look forward to staying there again! »

« We had a wonderful time staying at Hill House on Hubert. It is a lovely house with everything you need for a romantic getaway or a fun weekend away. The decor is contemporary with cozy accents. « The cottage is very nicely remodeled and in a beautiful area of Hunter Mountain. The inside was immaculate and exactly as described and pictured. The cottage had nice touches like linens, towels, and toiletries provided. We stayed for the weekend to attend a family wedding in nearby Saugerties. There were a few small inconveniences that I will mention because I do read reviews before I rent places and thought it might be helpful. « Just as expected. Met Jim, our host on the day of our arrival and he was a real nice and friendly guy. Cottage was clean, comfy and very nice. We did not get to enjoy the outside fire pit, but it was there for us. A great place to stay, right in the center of where we wanted to be. We will be returning; hopefully many times in the future. »

Bon hôtel mais frais imprévu

"L'hôtel et la chambre sont très bien. En revanche, j'avais sélectionné cet hôtel pour la borne de recharge qui est effectivement disponible. Mais nulle part il était indiqué que c'était payant et surtout à 20$US les 6 heures en charge lente... Quand on passe une nuit on est donc facturé 40$US pour une recharge électrique... Hors de prix... Clairement il aurait été plus rentable de réserver un hôtel sans borne et de recharger ailleurs sur une borne rapide... Il aurait été avisé de mentionner ce frais sur l'annonce..."
