« I got upgraded to an extremely nice unit. Everything was great and the place was big. The only thing wrong was no hot water in the kitchen sink.everything else was great. Fast elevators , decent gym and pool. The view was amazing and a little price you pay for the ocean side is balboa avenue can get noisy at rush hour. Other than that it’s a fantastic place »

« The apartment was very spacious and clean. It looked exactly like the photos shown online and everything was in good working order. Everything provided was adequate for me and my family however I suggest that for larger families, additional utensils (saucepans, cutlery etc) should be provided. The host was very responsive to any queries and I would definitely stay there again. »

« The location was great. They had a festival in the square a block away. It was a large area, great for a single person or couple staying for a long period. I wish I had more time to enjoy the place, but it worked fine for a night. Just make sure you look for messages from owner 24 hours in advance. »

« There are properties with similar names so be mindful because taxi still took us to the wrong place despite us being specific about where we were going. The property had everything included in the pictures however, it was a bit aged e.g. couldnt sit in one of the chairs as the base wasnt supported, also could use a deep clean and polish of furniture. The wifi was horrible - it only worked in the living room area if at all and wasnt a good connection. Also dont think the pool location was...

« This place is both beautiful, and very peaceful. I watched the barge's from the balcony every morning. Estaban is the perfect host, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. He even provided transportation for me, which saved me money. He is a really good man. I would definitely stay here again. »
