8.8 sur 10, Excellent, (13 avis)
« The location is convenient to walk to town.
The first few photos on the Expedia listing show a lovely play park- this is not part of the hotel and is actually 3.5km away. We booked this property as we have a small child, but this property is a series of dreary apartments around a small car park. There is no garden or play area.
We booked via Expedia and included in the booking that we have a small child. On arrival we were charged an additional 15 euros for the cot bed. This is ridiculous...

« L'appartement pour 5 est pratique, mais dans cette gamme de prix c'est le pire qu'on ait eu en Slovaquie et en Autriche sur 8 hébergments différents.
Le reste de l'hotel est surement tres bien et la réceptionniste est charmante. »

« Room: Strange room design. Missing free water and tea/coffee with boiler in the room. Street noisy during the night (drunk screaming people + racing cars)
Staff: Some of the staff are unfriendly, rude
Spa: Good spa equipment, however only one hour is allowed per guest per day. Not enough to discover/enjoy it. Flip flops not provided (only an expensive gummy pair with logo of the hotel are available for 19€)
Conclusion: Hotel that might have potential but quality of services are not the one...
