„First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not ...

„This was a nice, comfortable home that was conveniently located to things in Swansboro, Cape Carteret and Emerald Isle. Very clean upon arrival and the master bedroom was comfortable, and the fenced-in yard was great for our 2 small dogs. We liked that they had Roku for the TVs, as well. Will definitely stay here again. “

„This place is nice! Even if the weather isn’t great, you still get to enjoy the view from the kitchen/living/dining room area. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed to host a family meal. The beds are comfortable. All the shared rooms have dimmers for the lights which was a nice touch.
