„The house worked for us, but to someone who needs everything to be top notch, this was not the place. Overall it was clean and perfectly livable for us. There is a ton of work that needs to be done to bring the house up to the standards that it should be. The front door was filthy and needs work. The back door needs work. „Very good spot in Indy, a five minute walk to several good restaurants and bars. Near Broadripple and Butler University. Parking on the street and behind the house too. Very hot shower with good water pressure. A large smart TV in the living room. New kitchen appliances. Three bedrooms upstairs too.“
