« This was a nightmare. To begin with, the check-in email was not clear and was missed because it came from a random name/address. Then there were no instructions on where to park. But the real fun began at 4:05p when I tried to check-in. They had the envelope with my information but there were no keys in it. They took forever looking for it. « Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost. »

« Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy. »

« The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here! »

« We loved it! The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was close to everything we needed- 10 minute walk to Pentagon, 10 minute walk to metro train. The only down fall was we didn't know about paying for parking - we found out the day we left though so were able to get it taken care of before we arrived. We parked the car and never moved it until the day we left. Everyone was very helpful and we were contacted several times by wehost to make sure we had all we needed. When we had questions...
