« Great Hotel in the heart of Downtown South Bend »

« The property was very clean, staff were helpful and responsive. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots to choose from, although we ate 30 minutes before breakfast service ended so the coffee was lukewarm and the oatmeal was watery. I would definitely stay here again, however. It is in a nice area with lots of dining and shopping options. »

« I must have had a newer room during my last stay, because the room I was in did show some wear and tear. The day I tried to use the ironing board, it fell apart on me. I called the front desk and reported it and maintenance brought a replacement right away. Also, I stayed four nights and chose not to have my room cleaned until the third day. When I did request the room to be cleaned it was not; they said they were down two housekeepers so it was not done. So, I just asked for extra towels. »

« Ok »

« + propre, petite piscine agreable, proposition de livraison de pizzas : tres bonnes. - notre chambre etait a côté de l'ascenseur et la machine a glacons, autant dire que nous n'avons pas dormi beaucoup. Cette chambre ne devrait pas être utilisée. »

« This hotel is adorable ! It also has a good restaurant with good drinks . However, if you need to sleep I would reconsider. We arrived on Friday and we enjoyed the live music which stopped at 10 pm -then the dj started. Not only could we hear all the voices from the restaurant below but also the loud music. We were lucky to get 4 hours of sleep. We also rented a king room with a twin. The twin bed was more of a toddler size bed. Its too bad because the hotel is really adorable »

« Great spot, it was quiet. The only thing missing was some pillows since we only had one each and like to have 2… the pool was out of order so that was a bummer. Also the coffee machine didn’t work at breakfast and there were no bread to toast or any protein to go with the eggs. »

« location was quiet but still close to commercial locations TV, mini fridge, and desk lamp were was plugged into outlet that only worked when the entry light switch was turned on, so we had to have that bright light on around the clock to use the mini fridge or watch TV TV remote only worked for power and volume, wouldn't change the channels We received a phone call every morning at 6:22am on the hotel phone in our room - we complained the first morning, we complained more strongly the second...

« Grande chambre propre et rénovée. Grande salle de bains avec grand comptoir. Beaucoup de serviettes. Réfrigérateur, micro-onde, séchoir à cheveux, ascenseur, chariot à bagages. Matelas confortable. Excellent wi-fi. Personnel courtois.

« Not the best motel but decent for a one night stay for a ball game »
