LOVED IT!!

We loved everything about our stay here!! We had 6 kids & 6 adults & this home had plenty of room for all of us! Kids loved the theme rooms, pool, pool table, games, everything!!! We celebrated Hubbys 65 bday with family! We had everything we needed ! Well equipped with everything we needed! Every kitchen appliance we needed! Well equipped , air hockey was a big hit Kids had many things to keep them busy great cimmynication with property manager! CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING!!

Perfect fit for active large family!

I'll start by saying that the house host was very prompt to pleasantly answer any questions our family had. Check-in/out process was very straight forward which relieved a lot of stress after traveling. Now for the house...Absolutely perfect. There was nothing the house did not have to help make our annual family trip perfect. We travel with two 75 year old Moms and they were extremely impressed. It is very hard to find a home up to their cleanliness standards and this home received NO complaints. The home is also a rare find with three master bedrooms. A master on the main is always a must for our trips due to mobility issues. We were able to have both Moms in their own master with a third left for us. You cant beat that! As for the rest of the house, the pool was perfect, the grill was included, and due to not one but two theater areas, the adults and kids were able to have movie nights at the same time. The pool, arcade room, and games room gave all the kids enough to do to stay occupied on their own whenever we weren't out. As parents, we actually felt like we received a break because the kids were content.Overall fabulous place with kid themed rooms, lots of space to spread out, and entertainment for all.Don't hesitate to book. Your family will thank you.

Beautiful home away from home

The house is very beautiful, just like the pictures. Very spacious and clean. I had 13 people of all ages and the house was so big. Pool and hot tub were great. They were both heated as stated in listing. Wendy was awesome. I messaged her late to add on a driver and she answered right away. We had an issue with upstairs AC. I messaged her an it was taken care of right away. No issues after that. If you are thinking about it, just go ahead and book. You won't regret it. I would definitely rent again. Thank you Wendy.

A great stay for family vacation

We enjoyed a week-long stay in this home. Nicely appointed with two special themed rooms for the kids. Plenty of spacious spaces on the main floor for dining, TV viewing, and game spaces. The pool with a hot tub was a special treat and convenience used during the warm weather. Excellent communication from the host pre-arrival made the policies and expectations clear.

Great stay!

This was a great house for our extended family with lots of beds and space to sprawl out. Everything was really CLEAN upon arrival, and we had a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels and soaps in the kitchen and bathrooms, which is really appreciated. The house came with pool floaties which the kids loved. We lost power for a few hours across the area and the property manager was on it with communication. Pro tip - Get to the clubhouse at 8:30am to reserve a Cabana during busier times. We got one with a bathroom for all of us by the upper pool and it was well worth the cost. If I could change anything it would be to put in a sectional of sorts in the living room so groups could better use the living area, and maybe add a basket of throw blankets. :)I would totally come back and stay again!

Awesome property

Our stay at this property was amazing . The description is perfect! We encountered an issue the first night with the hot tub. We reached out to Wendy who was very prompt at responding. The next morning someone was there to fix it. The initial fix didn’t work, we contacted Wendy again and they immediately returned and fixed it. The kitchen is the best and most equipped of any property we’ve been to. There are so many options within this home for entertainment and so many added bonus amenities! In addition it’s close to the resort. Our hope is this property will be available during our future vacations! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa 1450.Everything was clean and well-presented, the kitchen was especially well-appointed.The pool table, air hockey and various video games and TVs were much appreciated by the kids.Access to the two clubhouses and their facilities was a nice bonus.Communication response from the owner and from the local manager was excellent.Highly recommended.

Beautiful place - minimal downsides but they’re a NEED to know for future guests

The place is beautiful, spacious & exactly like the listing photos. The driveway fits three cars. The pool & hot tub were great. The community pool was beautiful & clean & offered A LOT of food/ drink options. Two of the masters are smaller than the 3rd. But the smallest master on the second floor has plenty of space outside of the room for luggage and bags. The medium master is located right by the front door. The other 2 masters are upstairs if mobility is an issue. The one major note that future guests need to know: for the amount of people that can stay in this rental there are NOT enough towels. We actually had to go BUY towels to accommodate our party. Beach towels are not provided at the community pool and there are only a few at the house. Bath towels were even more scarce. Now, we can’t fly home with those towels so we left them there washed and folded. But I’m not sure if they will stay there or if a linen service leaves new ones for the next guest. If so, those towels may not make it to the next guest if the cleaning crew is directed to leave X amount of towels. So just be warned you may have to buy towels last minute at Walmart. 2nd major note: you may only list THREE drivers for the rental. Again, a problem for the # of people the rental can hold bc if you’re not 1 of the drivers, you get denied access. 1 person ubered to the house one night & was denied access bc she wasn’t a driver. She had to stand in the rain until one of the drivers came for her.

The perfect getaway

This property is the nicest house we have rented. The house was spotless. The pool had free heating and the grill was also included. Both are hard to find for free. The game rooms we a ton of fun. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The only bad thing is the resort pool does not allow outside food or beverages into the pool area. We couldn’t bring in water either.

Great place!

Our family absolutely loved this house! It was clean and spacious, beautifully decorated and exactly as pictured. Our kids (ages 2-17) and all the adults loved spending time in the pool and game rooms, which were amazing! The themed kids room and theater was a lovely bonus! The pool and spa was very private and not overlooked, which was nice. The hosts were very responsive and have gone above and beyond to help with any questions we had. We'd highly recommend this house and will definitely be staying again!
