« The shower had old soap left in it, along with extra hair!! »

« First I'll say that Pat tried her best to help and is the only reason the staff rating was as high as I gave it. I stayed for 5 nights. The 1st 3 in room 220. « No hair dryer in room, noise level high if not staying on top floor, no hot water in sink, shower had low pressure, need better grab bars in shower-floor very slippery and A/C did not perform well-cutoff and fan would not come on. No garbage can in kitchen area. Bed was comfortable, nice linens and pillows. »

Most of his rooms have something wrong with them anyway & it's an act of congress to get anything done! »

« The picnic area wasn't the best cleaned up or anything cut or anything in the pool have leaves and don't floating all over them »
