Hotel Chandor

« We were supposed to receive two complimentary beverages as part of our stay. However, the staff never provided them. Whenever I tried to ask about the complimentary drinks, they avoided the question and changed the subject. This was disappointing, especially since the beverages were clearly included in our stay. »

« Amazing hotel. Staff were super friendly and attentive for all your needs. Our room was exactly as advertised and more than enough space for three adults. »

« Tres propre, personnel adorable, piscine parfaite, au global tres bonnes prestations. »

« A friendly hotel where the staff were all welcoming. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff were particularly attentive. Very comfortable room and bed. Handy for the train station. I found it a bit strange that reception staff would not book an auto or taxi for me but gave me the numbers to do it myself. »

« Cleanliness of the property is very very high standard. Everything was clean. Staff is helpful and polite. Rooms are big. Breakfast is nice they provide one fasting preparation. I enjoyed my stay. »

« Good »

« Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor »

« Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The...

« Yes we enjoyed »

« This was the most amazing stay I've had in Goa. The whole place is beyond beautiful and exquisite. Its a heritage property with class hospitality. The food was the highlight for us. The chef made a very special dish for us which all of us loved and made us feel very very special. He ensured we had a great time and enjoyed talking with him. A must visit place. »
