« This is a nice hotel in an excellent location. Everything was good except the check-in. I was treated like an interruption, not a customer. Maybe it was a bad day. When I asked about the parking, I was told that it is handled by a third party - end of discussion. (Parking is a source of confusion and could be handled better.) « the property is misleading, the pool is very small, the staff was nice but the rooms were not as clean. there was mold in the shower around the soap, shampoo and conditioner. The shower curtain liner was dirty. They initially put me in a used room. My card continued to become deactivated. I worked out in the gym but the water fountain was not working. All around i was not pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the rooms. I will try very hard to never stay at a holiday inn again. »
