I can't make it up, toilet water from the room above's toilet exploding through the ceiling, dirty dirty dirty place. Cobwebs in windows, windows easily removed for crime target, rudest Area manager you will ever meet who refuses to apologize for the hotel's conditions but more refuses to do anything about any of it and instead runs away.
After a guest (me) cleans the room, it's at least sanitary. But my service dog refuses to enter the room without command because of the dirty AC and hazard to my breathing. So I had to clean the AC unit in order to stay there since AGM didn't care about me in any way.
I had purchased breakfast as part of my stay, this same AGM didn't provide my breakfast coupons. I just couldn't deal with her attitude anymore, her cruelty, as if she enjoys making miserable people more miserable.
And then the next morning, a snake is slithering down the hall - a LIVE SNAKE. My service dog was going to kill it to protect me.
But still, what in he-** hotel is this? Where's the MARRIOTT BRAND?!? PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE?
You won't get that at this location, and it trickles down from their upper management. I should have stayed at any other place but I held out hope the manager would finally make it right.
She didn't.
