Rooms were not as expected. Dirty, had roaches, only renovated part of this hotel was furniture inside room. Housekeeping was not completed before we went into the room. Microwave was dirty, nugget and fries on the floor. Bathroom was nasty. I had to shower at my daughter’s dorm. Will not stay here again. Front desk nice people but rooms not great.

The 100.00 dollar security deposit was a surprise. The property sits directly behind a biker bar very noisy and the other patrons seemed to be living there as opposed to being guests which led to quite a few impaired people walking about and trying to turn the door handle. My bed made loud noises every time I moved so overall never again will I stay at a RR Inn !!

I prepaid for my room....When i got there, they required an additional $100 deposit that i would get back in 10 business days (2wks)?...Now I if I gave them $100 cash I could get my money back the next day but they would need to inspect my room before I left...He told me he could NOT give me a refund on the room so I could go elsewhere, that i would need to go through Expedia...I paid the $100 cash when he told me I could not stay if I did not pay it...Got to the room...It smelled...bed hard as a rock...and had cockroahes in my sink the next morning...DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

The rooms are like in the pictures and they are very nice. The bathroom could use towel hangers. It would been nice to have a small coffee table between the chairs. The staff was courteous and friendly. I called the front desk for towels and they were brought to me within minutes. Overall, it was a pleasurable stay.

We are very sorry to here about inconvenience at our location. We are trying to improve our property for for our guest satisfaction and we are working very hard for it. We need to work on your room that’s why we asked you to move. We have changed everything in our room’s funitur, ventys , beds. Please visit us again and you will find your self comfor like home. This was the first time that we had stayed here and the only thing bad i can say is the blankets and bed spread had burn holes in it, but thats was ok since we didnt use them. I will stay there here again.

I've stayed there a few times. If you pay full price, you get a room in the front of the motel. If you book thru a website, as i just did, you get a room on the back side. The back is not nearly as nice, and you will notice the difference. The service was good, but the room was raggedy.

Stay at your own risk
Bed linings and mattress full of cigarette burn holes, shower/Tub did not work correctly, people in other rooms complained of Roaches, although I didn’t see any personally. They would not fix the shower, or move my room, or give me a refund. Thank god I worked 7/12’s and was too tired to really care. Beds were the most uncomfortable I have even been on. Woke up berry soar each morning.
