Lieu de vacances parfait. Profitez de vos vacances sur ce 3 chambres 2 salles de bain, maison centrale climatisée en bordure du lac Emery. Belle vue sur l'étang et la ferme de canneberges adjacente. Profitez de l'étang pour faire du kayak, de la natation et de la pêche (2 kayaks sont fournis). Détendez-vous sur le pont de 40 'face à l'étang et faites un barbecue sur le gril en acier inoxydable Weber. À l'intérieur de la maison, il y a deux téléviseurs 4 "de 65 pouces, un à chaque étage avec câble multicanal et Wi Fi, une table de ping-pong de qualité supérieure, une PS4 Pro pour les jeux et le divertissement et une variété de jeux de société à l'ancienne. Il y a deux chambres à l'étage supérieur chacune avec un lit queen size et une salle familiale et une cuisine et une salle de bain complète. À l'étage inférieur, il y a une chambre avec un lit queen-size, une salle familiale avec un canapé et un canapé-lit, une salle de bain complète et une tanière avec un entraîneur dormant. Les deux étages ont des portes coulissantes à l'extérieur avec vue sur l'étang. Deux chambres ont vue sur l'eau et une chambre a vue sur la ferme de canneberge.
Vous pouvez marcher, faire du vélo ou conduire quelques minutes à pied de toutes les attractions de Chatham. La maison est à seulement 1,5 km du centre-ville (principalement des promenades latérales) pour le shopping, les restaurants, les galeries, etc. Il se trouve à quelques pas de la piste cyclable de Cape Cod. Oyster Pond Beach est à environ 1. 5 miles. D'autres plages, y compris la plage de Light House, Harding Beach, Ridge Vale Beach sont à environ 2, 7 miles de là.

We had an amazing stay with our family of five. We stayed there this summer with our 3 grown kids, and the house was PERFECT! The check-in process was super easy, and Mehrdad was very responsive to any questions we had. First off, the house is adorable and has everything you need to cook, BBQ, and just enjoy your stay. We loved the kayaks, fishing poles, beach stuff, ping pong table, and the different areas to hang out. The house is in the perfect location to get around Cape Cod. We did day trips to several beaches, rode bikes, and just enjoyed our time together. I would stay at this house again in a heartbeat. It was one of my favorite rentals....exactly how it looks in the pictures. Actually, better in person for sure! The deck off the back was our favorite place to have coffee in the morning and watch the sunset at night. Would love to go back!

The home was lovely, nestled in amongst beautiful landscaping and natural flora. It provided great lakefront vistas, and the interior was spacious and well updated. I would heartily recommend.

Wonderful!

The house was everything we could have needed or wanted! The updated appliances were amazing- and everything was in great working condition. The property was safe and clean; and our 9 month old was loving all of the toys and space to roll around. 5 stars all around- would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful Stay

Booked this property for a family trip to celebrate my daughters 19th b’day. Life happened and only me, my daughter and her friend could go on the trip. The house was beautiful, just as described. I loved sitting on the deck with my morning coffee before the girls woke up. It was so peaceful. After a long day of beaching, shopping and sightseeing, we loved getting comfy in the upstairs or downstairs living room and watch Netflix. Will definitely consider staying here again if we plan another trip!

Cape Cod Lakeside Vacation

We had a great stay at this property. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the first floor living room with a large TV and detached deck. There’s a second living room downstairs with a TV and a ping pong table, so everyone had privacy as well as together time. There were two kayaks and bicycles which unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to use. Close enough to the beaches in town. Love Chatham!

Relaxing Pond House

Our family enjoyed this property and all it had to offer. The pictures are accurate representations of the rooms and the home was clean and spacious. We loved having the double living rooms for everyone to be able to spread out and relax. Our family loves fishing and kayaking so we spent the majority of our time out on the pond where we caught many bass! The yard is large for lawn games or for kids to play. The ocean is just a few minutes away. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a family vacation location and enjoy lake / pond life, stay here. We all enjoyed our time and stay!

Perfect getaway

We booked this house last minute due to availability. The entire family had a wonderful time during our 5 days stay. Our kids loved the kayaks, ping pong table, and the outdoor deck. I think it would be nice to have an outdoor fire pit to wind down the night .

This is a great property! Awesome location, tons of space & well equipped.

Great place! Well equipped from the kitchen to games and entertainment. The deck is an amazing space to relax and enjoy the view of sunsets and sunrises. Mehrdad was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. Owner replied quickly to all communications. House was clean and well appointed (plenty of TP, charging stations, etc.). Kids loved the ping-pong table. Our son caught a fish off the dock! We would stay here again.

Great location

Our 1st time to the area so didn’t know what to really expect and always a little uneasy about online rentals but this place had everything we were looking for with a few extras. The neighbors were awesome and very helpful in making us feel welcomed to the area. Location is very close to town and bike trail. The deck overlooking the pond was very relaxing and the fishing/kayaking kept us busy on days we weren’t sight seeing. Had a few rainy days so the ping pong table was well used. Would stay again.

Good location, owner very accommodating and pleasant

We enjoyed our five-night stay at this clean and light-filled house. The owner was exceptionally accommodating and very prompt and thorough in his email responses. This rental is comfortable and spacious, with tasteful decor and minimal furniture. The owner is in the process of renovating this house and it's definitely a rental property as opposed to other cottages that are "homey." Everything seemed new and tidy. We had a very nice stay here, but we'd like to point out to the next renters that this house borders an airport. We were surprised that the description of the house and the 2 previous reviews neglected to mention this. Our first morning there, we awoke to the sound of a very loud airplane engine flying over the house. (I had no idea what it could possibly be, and in my sleepy and alarmed state, my immediate thought was that a big truck from the main road was running into the house ;-) Small-plane charter flights take off from the airport as early as 7:30am and peak again in the evening. Some days there were fewer flights than others. We got to laughing about it as the planes zoomed over the deck. Oh, and btw, go to Hanger B Eatery for breakfast-- delicious! Still a wonderful place to be-- we enjoyed kayaking and the proximity to Chatham. So fun to ride bikes to the beach (~1.5 miles away) or to downtown Chatham (neither are easily walkable). Great bike trail just on the opposite side of lake. It's also really nice that the house is not on a main road, so there's hardly any traffic sound. And it's located at the end of the lake, so it feels very private.

This was a wonderful property. We enjoyed a fantastic vacation!

This property is very scenic with a wrap around deck facing beautiful emery pond. The house was clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms and a living area upstairs as well as a spacious living room area, bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. Great location only a 5 minute drive to downtown or to the beach. The house had central air which made warmer days and evenings very comfortable in the house. The owner was available for communication and made sure everything was perfect got our stay. We will absolutely rent here again in the future! We had a fantastic time at this wonderful property!

Beautiful cottage in great location! We had a blast.

Beautiful location on the pond but nice and close to downtown Chatham too. We had a great time using the kayaks and floats. Had 3 “kids” (21, 19, 19) with us and they loved the “kid cave” downstairs. Lots of space upstairs too to enjoy tv etc. we loved the huge deck and ate most meals outside. Furniture is nice and comfortable and all looks new! Such a pretty view overlooking the pond and a cranberry bog next door. Private location...but easily accessible to restaurants, beaches and all Cape has to offer. Wonderful weekend. Perfect for 2-3 couples or families with kids.
