    About our space
    Pack your bags and leave the extra's behind... This home is well appointed with bed linens, blankets, quilts, pillows and towels all provided with beds made upon arrival. The home is equipped with central air, wifi & ethernet, Smart TV , SONOS bluetooth speaker, a washer/dryer set, lawn games, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler.
    The home has an open and airy living room with comfortable seating. The dining room has direct access to a fenced in private backyard with a patio table and chairs including extra large umbrella and dining table, gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs, Weber gas grill and an outdoor shower. Additionally, the house has a spacious, well-manicured, side yard great for outdoor activities, including Kan Jam, Corn Hole, Bocce, Croquet. Located in a quiet area near Shore Rd, this home is close to all the destinations that make Chatham so amazing; Jump on the many Bike trails, Watch the Chatham A's, Stroll downtown Main Street, visit Lighthouse beach, Oyster pond & Schoolhouse Pond, are all close by. Once inside, you’ll discover coastal classic interior with all of the modern amenities to make your vacation that much more enjoyable this is a perfect place to call home while you’re here on Cape Cod!

Very clean, organized, well maintained. Beds comfortable. Patio nice to sit on and private. House is more in a suburban neighborhood, it is quiet. Can walk in the neighborhood but cannot super safely walk to anywhere else. Host easy to communicate with.

Great property in an ideal location

We had a great time with our family enjoying many of Chatham's great offerings a short distance from the property. The house was well maintained and there was easy communication with the host. We would stay here again and recommend for others.

The house was very clean and it had everything you would need for cooking. The location wasn’t bad but not really walkable to downtown.Overall it was great rental and met all of our needs.

We took a family vacation to Cape Cod and stayed at the Little Caper. The house is absolutely perfect! Clean updated kitchen and bathrooms. Hosts very responsive to every question that we asked leading up to our stay and during our vacation. House is located in close proximity to many beaches, restaurants and walking distance to town.

Our stay at this beautiful home on the Cape was outstanding. The home is absolutely beautiful, well appointed and very clean and has everything you could possibly need. We definitely be back for another getaway. My family and I loved our stay!!!

Chatham Beauty

This is a gorgeous, well-appointed home on a quiets cul-de-sac, but close to everything Chatham has to offer. We especially enjoyed being close enough to walk to the Chatham Pier. The home is beautiful and comfortable, and the outside area and fire pit are private and great for evening conversations. Highly recommended!

The Little Caper delivered!

We couldn’t have asked for a more lovely stay! The house is beautiful and just a delight for a Cape Cod getaway. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had as well. All the small and large details seemed to be covered to make our stay comfortable.

The house was immaculate, everything was presented accurately online, and the location was a short drive from everything we wanted to see and do! Chatham is so picturesque! The hosts were very helpful and hospitable. Would love to stay here again some day in the future!

We loved this house! Great location very close to town. Well appointed with everything you need for cooking, outside, beach. Lots of blankets, games, cookware. Very clean, newly remodeled, tasteful. Wonderful sweet neighbors.

This home was an absolute dream to stay at. The home was fully appointed and impeccably clean. The home is situated on a quiet cul de sac in the heart of North Chatham. Great Week!

Most important to us is the quality and cleanliness of the property and this was one of the best we have ever rented in that regard. The property and furnishings were very clean and well appointed. A great deal of care was given to providing a great experience for the renter from the instructions and guest materials to the welcome treats and bottle of wine ... a nice touch. Owners were very responsive to messages in advance of arrival. We had a great time!
