After several intends to come to a solution during our stay with the service provider the option provided to us were that we could book another apartment and to pay fully for the already rented apartment as well as the other apartment. We stated numerous times, and this was even suggested by one of the agents of the service providing company on the first attempt to change the apartements, to pay the difference in addition to an additional cleaning fee.
