Everything was great except the breakfast. They had a good selection of food but all of the "hot" food was cold. We ate about 8:30 am. Not only was it uneatable but there is real concern for food poisoning of food not held at high enough temperatures. We notified the staff but there was no response or apology.

The grounds were neatly kept. Staff were nice. You need to update your luggage carts. They are junk.

They had a fantastic breakfast and the property was nice with plenty of restaurants available nearby. The thing I didn't like about it was the bathroom floor was a puddle, a very unwelcome experience when I stepped into it. I couldn't figure out where it came from, finally decided it must have come from the shower, just shocked the cleaning staff didn't mop it up.

The wear and tear of the furniture makes it impossible to be completely clean and our closet door was off the hinges, just not completely together

The staff was very nice. My room was clean and very spacious. Many restaurants and shopping easily accessible. About 25 minutes from downtown Chatt. For the price, this will definitely be a go-to spot while in Chattanooga.

Had to wait to check in and out as there was no one attending to the front desk. I have never been to a hotel where the front desk was left unattended for long periods of time. Our room appeared to be falling apart- peel and stick linoleum like floors were lifting and warped, weird caulk all over the bathroom joints, hole in the headboard, paint patches all over the walls, nail polish and visible dirt on couch (maybe it was self tanner but still gross). Without carpet the upstairs guests sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling- if I wasn’t exhausted after driving 10 hours and didn’t have my whole family with me to think about moving I would’ve just turned around and left. I will never stay there again, not sure if other locations are like this but I won’t chance it again.

The hall carpets were filthy. When we got off the elevator, a couch in the hall was badly stained and dirty. In our room, the closet door was broken, as was the door to the bedroom. The paper holder in the bathroom was also broken, and kept falling on the floor. The mattress on the pull out bed was stained.

We were there for 4 nights and only had our towels and sheets changed once. After the 3rd night, I asked to have our towels and sheets changed and was told that they were short staffed but would get it done (but it didn’t) Went to the front desk in the morning for towels and was told there was none. Went to the pool to see if they had any towels and they were all gone to except for one on the back of a chair. Seeing as all ours were wet, we used that towel for our family…poor. Breakfast was good so that was a redeeming quality.

It’s really difficult to find a hotel room to accommodate a family of 6. This place was perfect! The suite had 2 Queen beds and a pullout couch. The free breakfast had tons of options. It was all clean and new. It was the perfect stop for our family

Nice renovated room, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Only complaint, the usual shampoo n conditioner was not included which we needed.

The staff we're very friendly and helpful for every need we had. The breakfast buffet was really good and had alot of options. The housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room and restocking the bathroom on the 3rd night of 5 night stay. would recommend and wouldn't mind staying here again.

Pool area ceiling was a mess and it was extremely loud in there. Did not provide adequate bedding for pull out or pillows. Seemed kind of dirty and staff was not very friendly.
