Enjoy the jetted bathtub in the master bathroom with views of the lake. Relax in the open living, dining, kitchen space with lake views and a game/puzzle area (games, puzzles, and books included). After a busy day on the beach or sight seeing, dining, and shopping in the local area (Mackinaw Island, Mackinaw Crossings, downtown Cheboygan, etc.), relax around the firepit overlooking Lake Huron. The house was perfect. Beautiful view of lake Huron. House had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fire pit was a big hit at night. Would highly recommend this house.

The home was very clean and the owner provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. All we needed to bring were clothes and food. Although I do recommend bringing a Roku or Fire stick to enjoy the smart TV 's, we were unable to cast from our devices.

Very nice place! Very clean. Beautiful view of Lake Huron and the sound of the waves was nice! Catching the freighters passing through was cool!

Peaceful Lakehouse

We loved the privacy of the home. Very quiet and peaceful. Had a few things that popped up but Sara was great and very communicative. Beautiful property.

Sara was an amazing host with an amazing home. She responded quickly to any questions or concerns and she was extremely nice. The house had everything we needed from towels to kitchen utensils. Everything was clean when we arrived and the view of the backyard and the lake was beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect amount of space for our family. Easy access to the beach. Would highly recommend water shoe if you want to swim. Very rocky and some of the rocks were slippery. The only real completely we had was the Internet wasn’t very strong and phone service wasn’t great. Would stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

4th of July Getaway

Our family had a great time here. Our group included a 2 (almost 3) year old, a 1 yr old, and 4 adults. The house fit our family perfectly, we loved the view, and had a great time sitting around the bonfire. We brought our kiddie pool and some yard games which fit great in the back yard. Being Michiganders we spend a lot of time traveling the state however have never visited Cheboygan. We loved the information Sara left for us and booked a boat tour with the Nautical North Family Adventures. The city was just a short drive to Burt Lake, Roger City, and Mackinaw City while providing us with the peace and tranquility we were seeking for our trip. I highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a great view, comfortable stay, a little adventure, and some peace/quiet. The only downside to the house was that there is not AC (we knew this when we booked) which was fine in 70-80 degree weather, however when the temperatures reached 95 the house got a bit toasty. I will say the ceiling fans did a great job and we are thinking about getting them for our house (that also does not have AC).
