« When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for »

« Worst hotel, not safe full of people on drugs and drunk, seringue all over the yard blood on the bed not clean foot steps on pillow. Cackroach in the room. I ask the front desk for refund and showed him the pictures he turn his back and screamed NO REFUND AVOID ATT ALL COST DANGEROUS HOTEL. « État de la chambre laisse à désirer, lit très inconfortable, drain du lavabo bouché. Seul point positif petit coin salon avec divan-lit assez confortable. Accès wifi correct. Petit déjeuner limité, il n’y avait aucun gobelet pour le café. »

« We made a reservation made for 4 guests for a room with full kitchen. On arrival we had to make numerous trips to the front office to get stuff that was missing in the room. No one will get this to your room, You have to fetch the missing stuff by yourself. We had only dishes for 2, sheets and pillows for 2, no toaster. We were told that the hotel was out of forks and pillows and that we had to wait til monday to address the situation with management. We checked in on a Saturday so we went out...
