We booked an accessible room as my husband has a disability. Even though the room was very nice, it would have been nice to have the usual disabled facilities in the bathroom such as grab bars, raised toilet seat and a wetroom level floor shower. It also didn't have an emeegrncy cord. You had to request a shower mat but it would have been more beneficial to have a slip free shower tray and more grab bars in the shower. Unfortunately my husband was not able to have a shower as he was too nervous. Overall though, an excellent, comfortable stay with good facilities.

Have used this hotel on several occasions whilst working away. The hotel is of budget variety but has always been clean and tidy. Staff efficient and polite.

Lift and smelly
Check in was ok, room was clean, but not the best. During our stay the lift broke down, it was ok for us as we were only on the first floor. Worse than that though there was sewerage leaking through the floor on the ground floor, which you had to go through coming from the stairs on one side. Unfortunately this wasn't fixed quickly as it was over new year. Not the best experience in this hotel, where we have stayed before many times. Not sure if we'll be back....

We liked that the hotel was in a great location, making it easy and convenient to get to places like stores and coffee shops. Some of the touristy attractions were just a short distance away. Plus, there was a Harvester restaurant right on the property that seemed to be quite popular. The hotel itself had its own small restaurant that was busy with popularity. The rooms were clean, although small. We had found the beds to be quite comfortable. The housekeeping of the rooms were well maintained and kept tidy, clean. The staff at the front desk had been nice and always ready to help. Overall, it's the ideal hotel for short stays.

Ibis is showing its age a little bit now, but was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast,cold and hot options. Harvester on site for dinner and a drink.

Basic accommodation. Clean, ideal location. Easy access to M1. Good value for money. Bed very comfortable. Lack of info leaflets in room ( about hotel food/ snacks) Harvester next door if needed and McDonald's just over road too.

Very tired hotel in need of a makeover
Hotel very clean but so tired, really needs a makeover. Stains in shower, couldn't open windows at all to get some air. Room was stifling hot on arrival

We really enjoyed our stay it was great because we could bring our 2 yorkies with us , and on the Tuesday when we checked out my husband was struggling going to the car with 2 bags cause he as had a stroke and the lady that was cleaning the room took the bags of him and took them to the car which i thought was very kimd and you dont get many people doing that in this day x age keep it up

Friendly staff on the front desk. Room was clean. Good car parking, plus 4x EV spaces. Excellent location for M1 J30 which is about 300yds away. Eady access to Chesterfield, Sheffield, Worksop abd surrounding area.. e.g. Sherwood Foredt.

Its an average room, could have been cleaner a,build up of dust around the bedside tables, the kettle on/off switch also grubby,i also thought £12.50 for 2 alcoholic drinks is a little on the pricey side when a short walk across the car park is a pub.

Clean hotel but the toilet didn't flush properly. There's only so many times it is possible to use a waste bin loaded with water to flush an errant toilet before you feel like a janitor. Room 221!
