Hôtel récent. Superbe suite de 2 chambres. Choix au petit déjeuner. Petit bémol : la piscine était fraîche et l’hôtel est à 10 minutes en voiture du centre. Accueil et service sont au rdv.

Personnel très serviable mais beaucoup trop de familles bruyantes. Alors que cet hôtel est neuf, j’entendais les cavalcades des gosses eu dessus de ma tête. J’ai du appeler deux fois la réception pour demander de les calmer. En outre, le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur. Absence quasi totale de viande ou de poisson. Si on aime les féculents et les salades, ça va.

The staff and service were excellent. They were attentive and informative. Provided excellent service as soon as we arrived and until we left the hotel. The rooms were really clean and ready upon our early arrivals. Excellent food options whether it’s breakfast or dinner.

We loved the chiang rai area. Pool was beautiful! We had drugs in our safe upon arrival from the previous person staying in the room so we had to get those removed. The other issue was the hotel needs some maintenance around the windows. There was a thunderstorm while we stayed there and the windows were leaking water we all over the floor so the whole area was soaking. Took 2 towels sitting on the floor overnight to soak up all the water. The room also smelled of almost a damp mildew. But other than that the food was really good, and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was also very good with lots of options

I have been to this hotel many times in the last 6 years on motorcycle trips. This place has the most comfortable bed and pillows in all of Thailand The gym is a bonus The staff is always amazing. It’s worth every penny

Weekend away
Sat & Sun nights hotel was very busy Saturday with a wedding so service was a bit slow which is understandable. Was upgraded to a suite. Beds very comfortable & rooms whilst a little tired were very clean. Staff very sweet many in training so didn’t know everything but that’s ok.

In 50 years of travel i have never had to leave a hotel of any star the day after i arrived where i was planning to stay for several days.Not only was the customer service extremely poor and reception and layout both internally and externally identical to the Stephen King film "The Shining" but the rooms were tired and run down despite assurances from this rude lady at reception the hotel was full,we could see no one and all that was needed was snow and part 2 could of been filmed here. Being late we wanted food and was greeted to darkness in the dining room with no explanation and these were subsequently turned on for us along with the a/c. My wife told the 1 and only member of staff for whom i believe was the chef as well in this large palace hotel no chilli in the food,so of course the chilli arrives in it, and only found out when i was on the floor unable to breath with this 1 member of staff in this 300 bedroom hotel not to be seen,subsequently my wife was left ging to the kitchen running around for a bottle of water which was like a scene from BBC Fawlty Towers. Thankfully my complaint reached hotel.com and i could get a refund. My wife became upset after the hotel added10% service charge automatically to the bill and i told them exactly what they could do with that. We went to the Meridien leaving the Heritage manager beging us to stay.Simply my answer was not even if i had won the lottery.please oh pls keep clear and avoid!!! No way 4 stars if lucky 2✨

Muy limpio y amable el personal, solo no me gusto que tienen el horario del restaurante muy reducido, queríamos cenar cuando llegamos muy cansados del vuelo y era muy tarde, el restaurante cerró antes de lo que indicaba en la información y nos dormimos con hambre, tal vez ayudaría vender snacks o galletas y no solo café o té… pero todo lo demás genial! Before we came to this hotel, we checked the reviews and they were great. This influenced us coming here. When we came to check in, they asked us to come back in an hour. This was a first for us in Thailand. We came back and there was no one to help with the bags. Another first. The room is very nice, but the bathroom is very small. After our second night, the bathroom smelled like an open sewer. They came checked it out and asked us if we wanted to move rooms. When we moved to the new room, they had to fix the door because it would not lock. In the reviews, people said the internet was good. My hotspot from my phone is faster. Down load speed was 19.6 and there is no password security. We tried to use the microwave and hotpot in the room . The plug in did not work. They did come And fix it. They had to attach the wires to the sockets. Customer service at this hotel is poor, because They are under staffed. The best thing about this hotel were they people that worked there. They were very nice but need help. These are the people that were outstanding, N. Bow, N. Time, and Anne the 10th floor maid. We talked with the manager and he apologized and told us that he would relay this info up to the management group. He offered us no help to make this better. We will not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel at all.

Very disappointing breakfast, 24 hour music in the hallways that could be heard in the room, extremely loud doors closing, a cold 'library lounge' with fake book covers, friendly but helpless staff.

Nice Stay but Can be better...
Glad to redeem my 1 night stay from Hotel.com. Pros: Comfy bed, great service from the staff, clean and newly renovated. Cons: Lack of shops around the Hotel. Swimming Pool being a family area would be great if they can prohibit any smoking around the pool area. Internet would be better if they can invest more speed into it or stronger coverage to the corner rooms. Please consider to have shutter services to Central / Big C / Night Market.
