The house itself was very nice however it could some maintenance on the inside I asked the host could days before i check in about a early check in host replied and said that it would be a extra 100 to check in early which is understandable however when it was time for me and my family to check in the host never replied and me and my family where had to inconvenience ourselves and find other things to do until it was time for check in. The host does not have good communication at all. The neighborhood is horrible while waiting to check in my family and I witnessed a fist fight with the neighbors across the street resulting in the police being called and someone going to jail. The parking is horrible. There is no private parking although there is street parking you will be lucky to find a parking spot close to the property and again the neighborhood is very bad so i had to keep going outside to check on my car. Once we where inside the property the screen door was wrapped up with duck tape so we could not lock the screen dooor the water doesn’t get hot at all and although the house is very nice on the inside there was a lot of dust and the house smelled like something was dead inside. The power is not kid friendly once we checked out he finally contacted me and said that he was going to file a claim for dirty sheets and pillows cases so i’m guessing he wanted my family and i to wash them for the next guest. Overall this was a very uncomfortable stay and i wouldn’t recommend
