- This 2BR/2BA apartment with open floor plan, seating for 4 at the counter. Stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, oven and stove combo, microwave, fridge, and freezer. Other appliances and kitchen amenities include a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, knife block, spice rack, ninja blender, and all items needed to cook and serve full meals.
- High speed wireless internet is perfect for guests who work from home.
- Living room with 55-inch smart TV (bring your login credentials to streaming services).
- Primary bedroom with king-size bed, smart TV, 2 nightstands, lamps, dresser, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower
- Second bedroom with queen-size bed, nightstands, lamp, mirror, and closet with dresser.

Building & Neighbors:
Third-floor front unit in a well-maintained building with long-term residents. Quiet, respectful community atmosphere.

Parking: No parking is included with this unit. Free street parking is available on Hoyne Ave and Hamilton Ave on either side of the building — no permit required. Metered parking is available on Irving Park Road

- Standard check-in is 4 PM. Early check-in may be available starting 5 days before arrival:
Half Day Stay (Early Check-In Option)
Want to start your vacation earlier? When available, we offer a Half Day Stay, allowing check-in anytime after 10:00 AM on your arrival day for half of the nightly rate.

Because our priority is to book the full night whenever possible, this option only becomes available within 5 nights of your arrival date if the previous night remains unbooked.

Availability is also subject to our cleaning and maintenance schedule.

Fees:
- The $45 "Management Fee" serves as an accidental damage waiver, covering up to $500 in accidental damages it does not cover negligence or pet damage, the booker will be held responsible for damages over $500
-The cleaning fee covers a standard turnover. If the home requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use (including but not limited to excessive trash, stains, bodily fluids, excessive dirt, moving furniture, or evidence of unapproved additional guests), the additional cleaning costs will be documented and charged through the booking platform.

Pet Policy:
- NO PETS allowed

Noise Monitoring:
- Minut device monitors noise and smoke (not audio/video) to help prevent parties.

Please note there is a floodlight security camera on the house.

Guest Verification and Rental Agreement:
- To ensure a smooth check-in experience and to comply with current short-term rental regulations, we ask that you complete a guest verification process. This step helps us provide enhanced protection for both our guests and our property. This process includes a real-time selfie and ID check, as well as a safety search.
- Additionally, you will need to e-sign our short-term rental agreement, which outlines the house rules and important information about your stay.
***Please complete both the verification and the agreement within 24 hours of booking for a quick and seamless check-in.***
- Minimum booking age is 18. This home is located in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties or events.
