« A lovely place, closer to the places we wanted to visit like Chattanooga etc but not directly in town. The place was neat, access to pool and paddle board was nice, definitely a nice place for someone who likes to fish as well. »

« Location was perfect for what we needed. We were in Chatty for a long weekend for the Ironman. Parking was stressful our first day there but then we got lucky when the one free spot opened up. The condo is super cute and cozy. »

« We were in town for the Half Ironman and this place was just far enough out of downtown not to have to deal with traffic but close enough to have convenient access to downtown. Condo was cute and well maintained. Would stay here again. »

« This quiet little historic neighborhood is perfectly located for so many attractions. Ruby falls, Rock city and the Incline railway are just minutes away. There's pretty gardens on the property with various seating areas for relaxing evenings. The historic house is charming, clean and is stocked with pretty much anything you'll need for a stay. »

The bed is comfy, shower was hot and had good pressure. Check in and out was a breaze using the link sent by Alex. No complains. « The property was nice. It had what we needed for our stay. The kitchen was functional and the living room was spacious. The bedrooms were also very spacious and the bathrooms were nice and clean. There were plenty of shops near by for anything that we needed. The location was also easy to find and access. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. »

« Loved our stay here, felt like we had our own upstairs apartment complete with our very own stargazing deck the host is a wonderful person to work with and was extremely helpful during our stay and answered all of our questions!! Make sure to give extra love to their cool pup Tank (hes the best) highly recommend this place for relaxing stay!! »

« Everything was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! exceeded expectations. »

« The basement suite was perfect for a family of four with young kids (there was a small step into one of the bedrooms, but no one ever tripped). While the June weather was hot and muggy, the basement was consistently cool and comfortable. The kitchen was easy to cook in, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient. »

« I stayed here for the first 4 months of 2024 as a temporary place until I could find a permanent home for my family due to a job transfer. I could have not lucked out on a more perfect place than this. It is exactly what they advertise. A small, clean and affordable efficiency apartment that is much better than a hotel. The kitchen is fully furnished. I loved the location with easy access to grocery, interstate and downtown. I did not realize they had laundry on site until I got here and that...
