« We were put in a handicap accessible room which we didn’t need. It was hard to shower and I should have been told this is the room we got. They should offer a free breakfast like every other hotel does. »

« We enjoyed our stay, the elevator was down but the staff communicated that very well, and we are able to take the steps. Our room was nice, the housekeeper had missed some trash in the room. The breakfast meal was very good and though it was busy at the time we ate, there was plenty of food and coffee. »

« We had rooms connected and the room my husband and the boys were in didnt have hot water in my room the ac didnt work right it was hot in my room the bed was to hard majority of the hotel smelled like pot i could hear music so loud i was having issues sleeping also i paid over 600 for 2 rooms that was outrageous »

« We had a great stay! We were always greeted and helped with friendly staff. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was perfect with warm water and supplied with fresh towels. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options for a very quick meal like cereal, toast, or yogurt. If you’re looking for a decent “hot” breakfast you won’t find it here. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would stay again! »

« Our stay was very disappointing. Hotel had a rating of an 8 but the whole 3 days we stayed there was no internet, no working elevator, on cleaning service,(had to take out our own trash), no linen exchange,(asked on day 2 for clean towels and were told multiply times the wash was not done and then several hours later told if we bring out towels to them they would wash. Also ants in the room and dresser taped shut so they would not fly open. Breakfast was good. »
