"Stay was great overall. The rooms are spacious et clean, although I did find hair in the bathroom when we came in, which was a bit offputting. The hotel is nice, but could use some renos. The lobby is a bit hard to navigate and one of the elevators was broken for multiple days, which made it time consuming to go up to our room each time. The hot springs and the spa were great, clean and the long hours access to the pools allowed multiple visits, even while staying only 1 night. I also had a great experience getting a facial at the spa. The breakfast buffet at the Lakeside Restaurant is also very good and offers a large selection of options. My only suggestion would be to offer more dairy free and gluten free options. I would recommend the resort to friends for sure! "
