« Breakfast was good, room was clean. Our room had an AC unit that sounded like a jet engine when it started, although it did cool the room down very well. The bed was terrible. It was like a cot with a thick mattress, very uncomfortable. Confusion at check-in clerk tried to check me in as a new reservation when I had an existing reservation through Expedia. All the staff were nice. »

« This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a VERY long time. Power went out day two and my room was not serviced two out of the three nights. The lobby bar was NEVER open. No water bottles in the room. The rooftop bar wasn’t opened when I told it was. The shower curtain was too short and the water went all of over the floor. The staff was completely unhelpful. »
