When we arrived they tried twice to sell a more expensive room kategory and when we declined she claimed the room was not ready yet. When we complained the room was immediately ready. Apart from that the hotel was nice and the pool area absolutely amazing!

You shouldn’t think of this place as a typical hotel. Although it’s listed as a four-star property, it falls short of what you’d normally expect. The main issues are that the reception operates only from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., so you can’t get help outside those hours; housekeeping only empties the trash ...
