Our Resort is only 700 meters away from the nearest shopping center (Boat Avenue) which the resort also provides free shuttle service on daily basis and the shuttle runs every 40 minutes from 09.00 – 21.10 hrs to Boat Avenue. Friendly and courteous staff. Front desk will arrange for a car service for points of interest. Nice, peaceful pool area. Property seems safe however there are not many restaurants or shops nearby. The location does not seem walkable.

Its happened to my room aircon compressor was noisy intermittently when high speed fan cut in, we reluctant to change room as just a short stay anyway. Overall it's nice environment and with new furnishings resort.

Good value in Bang Tao
Diamond Resort is a good value place to stay in Bang Tao. It's clean and comfortable, serves a decent breakfast and the pool is nice. We went for the grand two bedroom apartment, which was plenty big enough for a family with a small child/children. Don't go for the pool two bedroom, it's much smaller and darker overall.

I want to Hank the Staff at Diamond because they work so hard to meet every guest satisfied. My room was kept & tidy daily and when I need something early in the morning the facility comes and assist. The ride shuttle to town made it more convenient which is like 10 drive and or 25 min walk and similar to the beach. The location is very quiet. Stayed here for 3 days and one word comes to mind.WOW... Felt like bei g in Bali even thiugh we live in Thailand and only 20 min away from our house..The owner Jo was a great guy and nothing was to much from him or his staff..The hotel itself is perfect in all aspects and an absolute pleasure to stay at..Infuse which is the restaurant at the property is excellent , but venture out 5 min and there's a plethora of restaurants to tantalize any palate..l cannot say enough for this beautiful resort and only way to find out is go yourself..You will be very impressed..Also Jo is around most times,take a few minutes and chat with him..Big part of the appeal of the property..

Нам не понравился этот район. Идти до моря минут 15 по ужасной дороге, дыша выхлопными газами от машин и скутеров. Да, ходит автобус до пляжа, но иногда хочется прогуляться. Вся семья отравилась в кафе на пляже Банг Тао, пришлось пить антибиотики 5 дней. Балкон малюсенький, плюс там повесили кондиционеры, которые дуют тебе прямо в лицо горячющим воздухом. Поэтому за неделю ни разу там не сидели. В зале стоит огромный телевизор, его неудобно смотреть. Расстояние от дивана до телевизора 1 метр. В нашем номере была сломана дверь в спальню, невозможно было ее закрыть, нам было неудобно. На завтраке летает много мух, некомфортно завтракать, все время их отгоняя. Понравилась только зона бассейна. Он большой, чистый и есть тень. Это единственный плюс. Сама никогда туда не поеду больше и никому не рекомендую !

В общем все отлично. Апартаменты новые, хорошо расположены. Рядом Боат Авеню, которая думаю в ближайшее время отойдет на второй план в связи с развитием Порто Де Пхукет, который также находится очень близко. В отеле отличные завтраки, большая парковка. В номере хорошо оборудованная кухня, быстрый интернет. Категорически рекомендую иметь транспорт, т.к. пляж, находящийся в пешей доступности, далеко не лучший на Пхукете. Тот же Банг Тао севернее на 2 км уже совсем другой. Магазины вроде и рядом, но без транспорта добраться также сложно.

Floor is dusty when we move in, had to call operator to do deep cleaning.The cleaning team did a good job to keep the floor sparkling clean. The 2nd day was quite unpleasant as there is no water supply in the morning and water supply only return around 10am.Breakfast choice is quite limited and they should cover the food as i can see flies landing on the food.

Convenient location and very nice rooms
Very new property so everything is in excellent condition. Rooms are comfortable albeit somewhat cramped due to the layout. There is a sliding door between the bedroom and sitting area that, while offering privacy, limits ability to navigate around the bedframe without running into it. Well stocked mini kitchen with toaster, kettle, 2 burner hotplate. Convenient shuttle bus available to Bangtao beach and Boat avenue. Approx 10 min walk to the beach should one choose to do so however note that the road is narrow and quite busy. The entrance from the road to this section of the beach is not particularly attractive however, if you can ignore the pigsty (yes, with pigs) the beach is beautiful once you are on it. Staff are wonderful and multilingual. I forgot an item in the room, went back the following day and spoke to K. Tee (rooms division manager) who promptly has his staff locate it. Would stay here again.

Great service and comfortable place to be!
We had a great stay at Diamond Resort. We did however have an issue with a smell coming from our bathroom. We asked to be moved on New Years Eve and the hotel was able to accommodate that. Their service and handling of our issue was notable. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Tiny rooms and place not sound proof
The rooms were so small. not easy to walk around the bed. The veranda is very small. The place is not sound proof do every time someone closes the door It makes a loud bang, can hear people talking outside.

We do in fact have rather standard sized hotel rooms, but are more equipped and filled due to the kitchen, dining table, sofa and TV set. We also have multiple room types available, ranging up to 100sqm+ We understand as well that noise pollution can affect certain guests, particularly during periods of high occupancy. We would have been glad to change your room to a quieter side on request and do hope you will consider us again for your next visit so that we can improve your impressions towards the overall experience at our resort.
