« Very very disappointing. Only thing acceptable was bed »

« The lady that checked me in was rude,there was no fridge or microwave,the floors was dirty, couldn't watch anything on the TV, remote was broke,l would not recommend this for anyone,had to get help from the office to open the door when we left and came back because the door would jam😡 »

« Absolutely horrible. Mold, bugs, smoke smell, live wires, stains, graffiti, holes in the wall. NOT AS DESCRIBED. we immediately walked out of there and asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t give us a refunded because “the owner is a scammer.” Couldn’t even set our stuff down in there. »

« For the most part was good but the kitchen was poorly stocked and the A/C barely worked. Decent location but definitely not walking distance to the marina as promised. Lots of room in the condo just a bit under stocked with amenities, and the grill was almost unuseable »

« Room was not very clean,carpet was dirty,nasty looking stuff all over the walls and ceiling. Inside of the frig was dirty,we didnt even want to put any food in it.towels and rags were stained.Would not stay here again unless I had no other options. »

« Other than the bed was comfortable and it had a nice showerhead that was about all that was positive. The TV didn't work. The light above the vanity didn't work. And the key to room routinely did not work. We had to get 3 sets of cards. The shower curtain was too short, so there was water all over the floor. The parking lot also was full of holes. They said they were renovating, but they have a long way to go. »

« This is by far the nastiest property I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room smelled like moldy dogs, there were dead flys everywhere and the mattress cover stains from God knows what. Lucky I was on camping trip so I had river shoes to walk around room, and sleeping bag that I used to sleep on top of covers. I only got the room because of heavy rain storm, If given the choice next time I’ll sleep outside in the rain. At least I know what I’ll be facing. »

« Great location to Quachita State Park. Appreciated the size of the fridge…..was bigger than the usual small mini fridge and we needed it! Would stay there again, no problem. »
