Our room was not ready for guests. It did not have an ironing board, so we ironed on the table. There was no toilet paper holder, so the toilet paper sat on the toilet or floor. There weren't any shower nooks to place any products. We had to keep opening and closing the shower doors to reach to the toilet. The ceiling light above the sink did not work. The toilet handle was very tight and when flushed, would run continuously. Also, the television did not work. The host was very helpful in attempting to get it to work but was unsuccessful. The cabinet door under the TV would not open completely because it opened against the air conditioner. It was evident the room had been renovated, just not completed. The area is nice. The staff was welcoming. Unfortunately, since I booked through Expedia, I was unable to get any money back for my stay even though I am a Hilton Honors member. This room was not worth the money we paid and did not meet Hilton standards.
