Family Vacation

This house was wonderful and just the size my family needed. The house was very clean, all beds were great for sleeping and lots of kitchen items to cook. The pool was great and so was the hot tub. The owner of the house was awesome and was in contact with us if we needed him. Great place to stay for us doing several days at Kings Island.

Comfy Home for Family of Eleven

We had a great time at this comfortable home. Plenty of room for us to stay comfortably apart and still gather to eat and have drinks together. We had a family wedding in Dayton so we enjoyed this cute home mostly in the evenings and mornings. The monkey bar was nearby so we had a fun lunch and drinks there. We had a great time with all the comforts of home.

Lots of fun

We all really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is very well stocked with nice pots and pans, glasses and plates, silverware etc... The beds were clean and comfortable. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Brent was very responsive to any issues we had. We took day trips to the Ark Encounter and King's island which was nice. Overall a great vacation.

Excellent host for an OK house

Overall, the house was very good. It is difficult for our group to find a property that meets all our needs, but this came really close. The neighborhood and proximity to local attractions were definite positives. The pool and backyard area were excellent. We really appreciated the extra perks the owner provided- swim towels, more than enough toilet paper, and plenty of kitchen tools and cooking supplies (except there wasn’t enough silverware, so we had to buy plastic forks and spoons to avoid washing silverware after every meal). Whenever we had an issue with the house, the owner responded quickly and effectively (difficulty with the garbage disposal, grill tank was low). With our large group, we especially appreciated the multiple eating areas and two separate living rooms. However, we did have some complaints. The upstairs got really hot during the day and took a long time to cool down in the evenings. Some of the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The water softener made it difficult to rinse when washing and showering and made the upstairs shower extremely slippery. Some “bedrooms” were very small and obviously originally intended to be something different but were renovated to be additional bedrooms. Overall, this property was a good find for our group, but some of the amenities were lacking.

Girls Weekend Out!

We had a group of 9 high school girlfriends stay for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and the outdoor space was great! We spent most of our time either in the pool or next to it. There was only 1 hiccup with the refrigerator but the homeowners were on top of it and had a new refrigerator installed the next day. They brought us coolers to keep food cold while we waited. This is a great place to stay!

Mainville Villa

Our family of 11 (7 adults and 4 small children) stayed at the Mainville Villa from 3/11 to 3/20. We all collected in Mainville to attend - and participate in - our daughter’s wedding. The villa was the perfect home for us to stay in. It is large, roomy and comfortable for a large family gathering like ours. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to shopping, sightseeing in local communities such as Loveland, and still only an easy 25 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati for the rehearsal and wedding. The home is meticulously maintained and stocked with everything needed for an extended stay. We hit a particularly cold week in Ohio but the house is so roomy and cozy it was comfortable for us to spend much of our time indoors together. Though, we did get out to the Aquarium, a disc golf course and several fun parks and restaurants in the area during our stay. It was off-season so the pool was closed, but the cold made the hot tub even more inviting and someone was in it practically daily. There is even a convenient "pool" bathroom that opens to the backyard with lots of extra towels. The grand kids made us promise to come back in warmer weather next time so that they can enjoy the pool too. Kristen was a friendly and attentive host and responded quickly to the couple of inquiries we had during our stay. We definitely recommend this rental to anyone with a large group.

Beautiful! Great host/property managers!

We stayed with a group of 12 for a weekend event. Property and house were clean and well cared for, host was very accomodating to our group, schedule, needs, etc. and was quick to answer whenever we had questions. Very relaxing and and felt at home, quiet neighborhood as well. Easy access to Cincinatti and restaurants. Worth the $$.
