Before submitting this, we let the property manager know ahead of time. No response yet over one full week. The floors in the main living room and bedroom had some dust bunnies in corners, under the bed and a layer of dust along the sides of the floors. The shower was not clean (took pictures of the hair in it). The toilet paper holder was cheap and dangled. In fact, everything was as low end as it could get from blinds that were broken/missing/dingy old yellow and full of dust, to eight pieces of silverware to an old couch with no stuffing left in it. Two of the total of three coffee cups had chips in them. Two coffee cups were dirty right out of the cupboard. The couch cushions had large brown stains on them which is probably why the only throw blanket was covering them upon arrival. There were three towels for the whole place. One bath and two hand towels. No washcloth. No kitchen towel but we did use a bathroom hand towel. The kitchen was extremely low stocked. No meal could be prepped, just microwaved. No ice maker or ice cube tray. The place is run down and unkept. The property manager emailed the week before our stay saying the apartment we rented was having some unexpected maintenance work done and they were putting me in another apt. It read, "Rest assured, this unit offers the same amenities and comfort as your original choice.” No way! It was NOT what was pictured. This apartment needs renovation.
