Nicely redone apartment. Considering the 90 degree temps it would have been nice to know there is no central air only a portable AC unit that is quite loud and a wall unit in one bedroom. The other bedroom had only a box fan and was uncomfortably warm. Although the unit was surface level clean, there were details that definitely needed attention- dust and cobwebs on the toilet roll holder, dusty in general, bathroom sinks could have used some extra scrubbing. Nothing bad enough to request service but definitely not what I would consider exceptional standards of cleanliness. Neighborhood is definitely up and coming with some rough areas but a couple of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also appreciated the close proximity to most things we wanted to do, especially the Cincinnati Art Museum. Overall, good not great.

Great communication & stay

Communication with the hosts was prompt and detailed. We had a great time! It's in a bit of a transitional neighborhood, but a great location close to downtown and within walking distance to a local coffee shop and a cute weekend morning breakfast food truck. We could Uber downtown for 10! Kitchen was well-stocked and plenty of towels provided. This rental had everything our family needed.

Spacious, updated condo

Plenty of room for all four of us over U of C graduation weekend. All updated kitchen, baths, flooring, etc. Scott is a terrific and responsive host and we would definitely rent from him again.

Great Family Visit

Choose this location as we were meeting family halfway between our homes in other states and wanted something meeting our needs in a great location meeting our budget requirements. The home worked out fantastic and had everything we needed. When a few minor issues popped up the property manager was quick to respond and address them. Honestly there wasn’t anything missing to make this a great stay. Some of the negatives were the temperature in the house varied depending on the room and as a cold front came in it did cause some temporary discomfort until adjustments were made. The neighborhood is up and coming, so some people may not be comfortable walking around the general area, but we experienced no issues at all and really enjoyed the restaurants and businesses in the neighborhood. Overall, would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again for sure.
