Hotel Ciparay

« Pathetic, horrible experience, flies, mosquitoes and lizard in the room. Bedsheets, towels, pillows and toilet with bad odour. No fan, no air conditioning, sleeping in the heat, smell and dirt. Broken furniture, leakage shower, taps and wallwith patches. Why this hotel is listed in the HOTELS.COM is itself a shame and bad reputation for the HOTELS.COM Surprisingly the price for the walk in guests is far cheaper than the price quoted in hotels.com web page. Which it also means that Hotels.com...

« Favorite hotel in Bandung for a reason: amazing views, very comfortable rooms and spacious room, excellent breakfast, and staff who always remember me. Never disappoints. »

« The lobby was beautiful. The staff was wonderful. The rooms very outdated even the so-called updated rooms had furniture I would guess from the 80s and just an average to below average condition. »

« Quite the place! The rooms are very large and luxurious. They are decorated with style (not the bland usual types we have in ultra modern hotel). This hotel has a soul. There is an attached mall - very convenient- and the pools are big. Great for kids. Good breakfast. »

« Pros: The staff was very helpful, the breakfast food was varied and good, and the massage was great. Cons: There were only two bath towels in the room and no face towels. The showerhead was broken, and the bathroom layout was so awkward that water flooded outside the shower area. Overall, I wouldn't come back to this hotel because of the poor cleanliness; the carpet in the hallway was very dirty and there’s some liquid stain on the wall »
