« Maison très agréable avec beaucoup de confort et de petites attentions (snacks salés, sucrés, thé, café, produits d’hygiène). Intérieur comme extérieur propres et soignés. Piscine et jacuzzi très agréables. Nous étions avec notre chien qui a pu profiter du très grand parc clôturé. Des petites attentions pour lui aussi à l’arrivée, gamelle et friandise. Bravo et merci à Laura et son équipe pour ce très bel endroit! »

« Our family (8 people) gathered for Easter Vacation at the Poggio Verde villa. We have rented several villas in the past decade in Italy, Spain, Greece and France, but this one was definitely the most comfortable and peaceful one. We were lucky to meet the very kind owners and learn a bit more from them on the history of the villa and region. The garden is amazing, with old trees and flowers, plenty of spaces calling for meditation. We also liked the open kitchen which is fully equipped as well...

« Fabulous house and garden with great pool. Good security with guard on location. Everything exactly liked described and pictured in the announcement. Cristina is a magnificent host, very attentive and helpful and a great warm hearted person. We spent a nice week with the family in the midst of the vineyards. Nice walks and excursions in the area and nearby shopping in the mall.... and of course top wines produced all around the house. Grazie mille Cristina and family, it was excellent vacation...

« Très belle maison isolée située sur les hauteurs de Paratico avec vue sur le lac. Accès facile par un chemin via le bois et les vignes. Plusieurs terrasses agréables ; piscine ; cuisine moderne, fonctionnelle. Climatisation dans toute la maison. Calme, beaucoup de végétations et même une source sur le chemin qui mène à la maison, lieu de RV des locaux. Super sympa. Bref ne pas hésiter. « Beautiful villa nestled in a quiet edge of a small town. Comfortable with a large pool and great outdoor areas! Paola met us and took us through everything we needed to know and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Central for touring Lake Como, Milan, Valpolicella, or areas south. We did have a chef in for two nights dinners and that was awesome. I would recommend this nice villa! »
