I am sorry you were less than pleased with your stay. I am sorry about the noise unfortunately people do check in at all times of day and night. Not sure why the doors were slamming other than others not being considerate. Yes breakfast has to start cooking early to get ready for the guests leaving early. If you had asked we could have tried to get you another room on a different floor. Please accept my apologies and give us another chance to wow you.

I am sorry that you had a less than desirable stay. I can tell you that I actually posted the renovation on the Wyndham site along with expedia as well as a few others. I dont know why you were hearing workers all night as they are not working after 6 pm, as well as they were to stop working on friday before I left here at 6pm. As for the entrance being wet I am sorry about that I know the storm was bad and another guest decided to put up the canopy to try and keep guest dry which I am hearing was damaged by the rain and wind. I can assure you that we were unaware untill another guest let us know about it. It was removed at that point. We are trying to make this hotel a more pleasing place for guests. Please accept my apology.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience. We do actually have an elevator not sure why it wasn't pointed out to you. It is just to the left across from the desk. I am sorry that you felt our room was small if you don't mind me asking what room were you in? I am not sure why you were hearing water either.

I am sorry you were unhappy. We are going through renovations and we do try to keep the dust down to a minimum but sometimes it is hard to do when the workers are sanding.

Our building is under renovation to make it a more appealing experience for our guests. I am sorry you were unhappy. Our rooms were just renovated with in the last 2 yrs and the beds are new. Also along with the renovation we are going to have automatic doors for those travelers that need a hand opening doors.

I hope you will give us another chance to wow you as we are going through renovations now in our lobby breakfast area.

I am not sure why you didnt find fox 8 news on our guide. It is channel 4 actually. We cant control what Direct TV has but we do have fox news.
