« There was very little staff available on the night, there wasn’t an option for any drinks or a bar no restaurant. The room was cold, radiator took ages to warm up and windows didn’t shut properly. On the morning I left I was met by another member of staff who was clearly on something. I should of spent an extra ÂŁ10 and stayed at a travel lodge. »

« The property is very clean, tidy and nicely decorated. The facilities are excellent. We would have liked more shelving in the bathroom for our toiletries and we thought the shower mat looked a bit grimy.The outdoor space was useful for our grandson to run around in. We thought there could have been more toilet rolls. We would definitey return here in the future when we visit our family in Halifax! »

« Bathroom was clean, though pillows had make-up stains on and the heating was only turned on when we arrive so took a while to warm up. Staff friendly when we arrived. it is above a pretty noisy pub with inside steps from the pub or a fire escape style staircase from outside. Could hear a couple having an arguemnt on the street below as well. All in all, convenient if needing to be in area but not one if you need somewhere a bit more accessible or quiet. »
